Return Policy

We strive to offer you the highest quality items available and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the baby gifts you purchase for that special baby.

If you need to return something, please send an email to info@mybabygiftbasketsandmore.com within 20 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

We will accept authorized returns within 20 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

 

Our Diaper Cakes are handmade form scratch for each customer. Returns and exchanges are only offered in an unlikely event the cake is damaged during shipping or is in some way defective.

Our cakes are constructed very securely and guaranteed not to fall apart. However, if your cake arrives in a defective state, you must notify My Baby Gift Baskets and More within 36 hours of receipt and let us know that your diaper cake arrived damaged and that you would like to exchange or return it.

A defective cake must be returned to us within 5 business days of receipt and must be in original condition. There will be absolutely no refunds or exchanges for cakes that have been unwrapped, re-wrapped, opened or tampered with in any way. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange on any diaper cake.

Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on you credit card.
